Local deliveries usually take 3–5 business days after dispatch; international deliveries about 3–15. Processing happens first, then transit.

Allow up to 5 business days for us to confirm payment and prepare the order before it ships. Total time from payment confirmation to doorstep is processing plus transit.
Carrier delays, customs holds, strikes, weather, and holidays are outside our direct control. Check tracking first, then contact us with your order number if the estimate has clearly passed or tracking has stalled.
