Venus Optics Laowa 8-15mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens (FUJIFILM G)

Accessible, Versatile Fisheye Zoom

Offering dynamic distortion, a bright maximum aperture, and a wide angle of view, this Laowa 8-15mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens from Venus Optics is a medium format zoom lens designed for bold perspectives and artistic expression. The constant f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range and close minimum focusing distance of 6.3" make the lens an ideal tool for injecting some verve into landscapes, action sports, portraits, and more. NOTE: The image circle of this FUJIFILM G-mount lens does not provide full coverage to medium format sensors.

Dual Fisheye Effect

• Unique to the Laowa 8-15mm zoom, the lens offers a dual fisheye effect, with a dramatic circular fisheye at 8mm and a vignetted rectangular fisheye at 15mm
• On medium format systems, the lens allows the use of unique aspect ratios like the cinematic XPan crop, providing extraordinary visual possibilities for dynamic storytelling
