TerraMaster F4-425 Pro 3+4 Bay Hybrid Network Storage Enclosure

Designed for enthusiasts and small- to medium-sized businesses, the TerraMaster F4-425 Pro 3+4 Bay Hybrid Network Storage Enclosure helps to enhance your workflow with support for up to 152TB storage spread across four 3.5/2.5" SATA drive bays (4 x 32TB) and three M.2 SSD slots (3 x 8TB) while organizing your photos using local AI powered by OpenClaw. Installed drives can be configured for RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and TRAID modes depending on your performance and security preferences.

Powered by an Intel Core i3-N305 8-Core processor that can reach 3.8 GHz and 8GB of DDR5 memory, the F4-425 Pro can handle demanding tasks such as H.265 8K video transcoding at 60 fps while supporting up to 512 concurrent connections. With dual 5 Gb/s Ethernet ports, this NAS delivers up to Up to 1010 MB/s sequential (280 MB/s 4K random) read / write speeds. The USB-C and three USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports may be used to connect 10 Gb/s compatible peripherals or attach the storage directly to a compatible computer. An HDMI port is also available for external displays. The TOS 7 operating system enables the F4-425 Pro to use locally powered AI features to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and securely organize your photo library.

The F4-425 Pro supports up to four HDDs with a maximum capacity of 32TB per drive, and comes equipped with three M.2 SSD slots, each supporting up to 8TB. In total, the system can reach 152TB of storage. Additionally, the three M.2 SSDs may be configured as a RAID 5 array for enhanced data security and performance.

With on-device AI algorithms, you never need to upload your photos to the cloud. This ensures secure, private, and intelligent management of your photo collection. Advanced face recognition can automatically organize images into dedicated albums for different people, let you tag relationships, and set custom album covers. It also classifies pets, objects, and scenes, making it easy to find and share your photos.

Centrally store and manage all family photos, keeping your shared memories organized and secure. AI features compile individual photo collections from thousands of images. With timeline-based browsing, you can quickly locate your child's photos and videos and see how they've grown.

The TOS 7 operating system enables full-featured AI interaction, thanks to its pre-installed OpenClaw agent. Asking it to sort your archive automatically parses timelines, clusters faces, and deletes duplicates to curate your albums. Users can also issue commands via text or voice to accomplish a variety of NAS operations such as scheduling tasks, configuring conditional automation, and setting batch operations.

TOS 7's self-healing intelligence transforms your NAS into a proactive digital fortress. Simply define your logic: "If abnormal encryption is detected, lock folders and trigger snapshots," and let our AI take the wheel. Upon detecting a ransomware attempt, the system executes an instant 3-step defense to isolate the threat and secure your recovery points. Your data remains untouched, your systems stay online, and you stay worry-free.

Stop letting traditional RAID limit your hardware expansion decisions. With TerraMaster's TRAID, you are no longer chained to identical hard drive sizes or models. The elastic storage engine intelligently aggregates drives of varying capacities, reclaiming the "trapped" space that traditional RAID typically leaves unusable. Simply drag and drop your drives to preview your gain in real-time. Whether you're mixing new high-capacity drives with legacy disks, TRAID optimizes your redundancy and capacity automatically.

With TNAS Mobile, quickly access auto photo backup, AI organization, user/storage controls, secure vaults, and admin tools, all in a remote app. Set up custom rules, expiration dates, access limits, download permissions, and passwords for worry-free sharing. You can also access your files from there, letting you automatically back-up photos and access work files remotely.

Set up a secure, personal cloud with just one click and access your data from almost anywhere in the world. No subscription service needed.

With TerraMaster CloudSync, you can connect your cloud storage to NAS for synchronization and sharing. CloudSync combines support for multiple cloud services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Additional features include multiple sync strategies, data encryption, scheduled tasks, idle-time syncing, speed and bandwidth limits, and sync history tracking.

Use TNAS TO configure 13 customizable permission levels, allowing you to create individual user accounts for each family member or employee. Key features include bulk user and group creation, password complexity enforcement, and a recycle bin accessible only to administrators.

• TerraSync (TS): Sync data across multiple backup servers and between servers and PCs.
• Centralized Backup (CB): Backs up employee PCs, file servers, and WMs to a local backup server.
• Duple Backup (DB): Provides off-site disaster recovery through cross-server replication.
• CloudSync: Enables cloud-based backup and disaster recovery.
• Snapshot: Protects files and folders with instant snapshots to guard against ransomware.

This NAS supports mainstream protocols including SMB, NFS, SFTP/FTP, AFP, iSCSI, and WebDAV. Flexible permissions based on users, groups, and directories enable secure, cross-platform file sharing across diverse network environments.

TerraMaster's proprietary Surveillance Manager allows you to create a video surveillance system by connecting multiple ONVIF-compliant IP cameras to your TNAS. This integrated solution provides centralized management, live viewing, historical playback, and automatic storage of all recordings to designated TNAS locations - all through an intuitive unified interface.
