The Televic Confidea FLEX G4 is a next-generation wireless tabletop conference unit that combines versatility, ease of use, and modern design. Featuring a 5.2” capacitive touchscreen with anti-fingerprint coating, it delivers intuitive control, advanced meeting features, and exceptional flexibility for conference environments of any scale.

Confidea FLEX G4 adapts to any meeting role. A single illuminated multifunction button switches between delegate, chairperson, or dual-use modes. Features such as voting, identification, channel selection, and dual delegate operation can be enabled through software licenses, so capabilities expand without hardware changes.

The intuitive touchscreen interface enhances engagement and transparency. Delegates can log in using the built-in NFC card reader, view speaker lists, cast votes with tactile feedback, and follow live results. Chairpersons can manage meetings directly from the device—starting or stopping recordings, controlling voting sessions, or adjusting the meeting state.

Built for endurance, each Confidea FLEX G4 includes a 12-hour li-ion battery with an optional second hot-swappable battery to ensure nonstop operation. The dual-battery design offers flexibility and cost efficiency—start with one battery, add another as needed, and keep spares charged for instant swaps. The USB-C power connector allows operation, even without batteries, and LED indicators plus browser-based monitoring provide real-time status updates.

Tactile markers, distinct control zones, and haptic feedback make the touchscreen accessible to visually impaired users. Setup is fast and effortless—just place the units, press the mic button, and connect a Televic "Mike" push-and-lock microphone. The built-in web interface simplifies configuration, license management, and system updates.

With Wi-Fi 5 connectivity, dual antennas, and predictive error concealment, the Confidea FLEX G4 ensures continuous, secure, and interference-free audio. WPA2-Enterprise encryption and Televic's Clean Channel Manager guarantee optimal signal stability, even in dense RF environments.
