Shure MX202WP-A/S Microflex Overhead Supercardioid Microphone with Plate Mount and Screw Terminals Connector (White)

Ready for permanent ceiling installation, the white MX202WP-A/S Microflex Overhead Supercardioid Microphone with Plate Mount and Screw Terminals Connectorfrom Shure is designed to capture high-quality audio in a compact, adjustable package for applications such as miking a choir, distance learning in a classroom, and for live stage and theater environments with performance groups.

The MX202WP-A/S overhead uses a modular design with interchangeable mic cartridges; this model features a supercardioid capsule attached to a flexible 4" gooseneck and a 30' cable. The supercardioid pickup pattern helps to focus audio capture on the sound source directly in front of the capsule, reducing bleed from other sources and helping to keep feedback under control when sound reinforcement equipment is used. All of the mic capsules offer a wide dynamic range and a 50 Hz to 17 kHz frequency response. Other features include a balanced, transformerless output for increased immunity to noise and RF interference.
