Designed for solo presenters or performers, theShure GLXD24R+ is a 1-person digital wireless combo microphone system that offers reliability and outstanding sound quality in a package that's simple to use, even if you've never operated a wireless system before. Built around a rugged, single-channel, half-rack receiver, the system includes an SM58 handheld transmitter/microphone and a bodypack transmitter with a WL185m cardioid lavalier mic.

Shure's next-generation technology handles the setup for you, automatically scanning both the 2.4 and 5.8 GHz frequency ranges to seek out the best possible digital transmission channel to ensure dependable performance for your performances, presentations, conferences, and events at a typical range of up to 100' indoors and 65' outside.

Note: While this system includes two transmitters, only one can be used at a time with this single-channel receiver.

• The WL185m cardioid lavalier microphone is a discreet, low-profile lav that's easily concealed in the talent's clothing while still delivering broadcast-quality speech and vocals.
• The cardioid polar pattern focuses sound capture on the talent wearing the mic, picking up less audio from surrounding sources and helping to reduce feedback from sound-reinforcement equipment; a snap-fit windscreen is provided.
• The mic plugs into the TA4F connector on the rugged, metal GLXD1+ bodypack transmitter, which offers an ergonomic design and a comfortable fit with a convenient on/off switch that can be operated by feel.
• Up to 12 hours of operation are supplied by the included SB904 rechargeable lithium-ion battery. A red and green LED indicator shows sync and battery statuses at a glance.

• The GLXD2+ handheld transmitter is also available with the BETA 58A supercardioid dynamic or the BETA 87A supercardioid condenser microphone capsules.

• The GLXD1+ bodypack transmitter features a durable metal chassis and can accommodate a wide variety of lavalier, headset, and instrument mics or cables.
• The WL93 omnidirectional lavalier mic offers consistent pickup, even when the performer turns away from the mic.
• The discreet MX153 miniature earset mic provides exceptional clarity in spoken word applications.
• Shure offers several headset options. Choose a PGA31 headset for everyday applications, or try the SM31 Fitness or SM35 Performance models for more active presentations.

Guitarists

• The WA302, WA304, and WA305 guitar cables let you connect the bodypack transmitter to a guitar or bass.

Instrumentalists

• The WB98H/C flexible gooseneck instrument microphone attaches to brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments and connects to the bodypack transmitter.
