This true shotgun microphone improves on its predecessor by adding a supercardioid pickup pattern and annular line tube technology (first introduced with the NTG5 professional shotgun microphone) to deliver highly transparent and directional sound for your videos on TikTok and YouTube, or for live streaming and online meetings.

With plug & go operation, no complicated controls, and no battery required, the VideoMicro II is easy-to-use right out of the box. The innovative HELIX isolation mount system and included foam and furry windshields ensure all your recordings are crystal-clear, free from knocks, bumps, and wind noises—whether shooting at home or outdoors on the go.

The Micro Boompole Pro from RODE is an ultra-lightweight modular boompole that extends to 7' and allows location sound engineers to capture audio in confined or difficult spaces. The pole has been optimized for use with the VideoMicro microphone (sold separately) and using a standard 3/8"-16 thread, these sections can also be used to extend the Boompole Pro to reach over 12' in length.

The SC8 Dual-Male TRS Cable from Rode is a shielded extension cable for use with the VideoMicro and VideoMic GO microphones (sold separately). It features gold-plated contacts for better audio reproduction and measures 20' in length and has a 1/8" TRS mini-jack connector on one end and a right angle 1/8" TRS mini-jack connector on the other.
