Radius 18cm Nimbus Windshield (19/22) for Shotgun Microphones (Dark Gray)

Ideal for field recording, location sound, or live broadcast environments, the Radius 18cm Nimbus Windshield (19/22) is a premium, slide-on fur windscreen designed to deliver outstanding wind-noise reduction without compromising sound quality. Engineered for shotguns microphones, it fits snugly over 19-22mm diameter mics with less than 18cm between the end and the capsule slots, and reduces wind noise by up to 25 dB—ideal for light to moderate outdoor conditions.

Crafted with high-quality 25mm dark-gray synthetic acoustic fur and a porous open-cell foam core, the Nimbus ensures maximum transparency at high frequencies. Unlike standard slip-on windscreens, the Nimbus features a unique "pepper pot" end cap design that relieves air pressure near the capsule, minimizing muffled audio and enhancing clarity—especially at critical frequencies.
