Radius 18 cm Nimbus Windshield (24/25) for Shotgun Microphones (Dark Gray)

Ideal for field recording, location sound, or live broadcast environments, The Radius 18 cm Nimbus Windshield (24/25) is a premium, slide-on fur windscreen designed to deliver outstanding wind-noise reduction without compromising sound quality. Engineered for shotgun microphones, it fits snugly over 24-25mm diameter mics with less than 18 cm between the end and the capsule slots, and reduces wind noise by up to 25 dB—ideal for light to moderate outdoor conditions.

Crafted with high-quality, 25mm dark-gray synthetic acoustic fur and a porous open-cell foam core, the Nimbus ensures maximum transparency at high frequencies. Unlike standard slip-on windscreens, the Nimbus features a unique "pepper pot" end cap design that relieves air pressure near the capsule, minimizing muffled audio and enhancing clarity—especially at critical frequencies.
