This entry-level NAS supports up to two sold 3.5/2.5" SATA III drives and features a 2.5G Ethernet port in addition to its 1G port for connections to compatible high-speed network devices.
The power-efficient 2 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 Quad-Core processor includes a built-in neural processor (NPU) that can boost the performance of AI tasks such as facial and object recognition. A convenient 1-touch copy button allows you to quickly back up flash drives through the front-facing USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port. You can also automatically upload media from your mobile devices. Secure your files with hardware-based encryption and a snapshot backup system. The TS-216G uses the QTS 5.1.3 operating system.
Powered by a 2 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 quad-core processor and 4GB of memory, the TS-216G features 291 MB/s read and 288 MB/s write speeds in RAID 1 configuration through the 2.5G Ethernet port with 2.5" SSDs installed.

Open a browser, connect to your TS-216G, and you can access your NAS files through the File Station app. You can also mount cloud storage to File Station and manage all your files from a single place.
Backup, recover, and sync data to/from local storage, cloud services or remote servers that use RTRR, Rsync, FTP, WebDAV, and CIFS/SMB protocols.
