Additionally, this card delivers sustained write speeds of up to 1500 MB/s and supports the VPG-800, VPG-400, and VPG-200 standards, which deliver minimum sustained write speeds of 800 MB/s, 400 MB/s, and 200 MB/s, respectively.

While this card is compatible with CFexpress 4.0, it is backward compatible with CFexpress 2.0.
