Polymaker Fiberon PA612-CF15 Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6 Filament is ideal for demanding engineering, automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. Containing 15% carbon fiber by weight, this composite material has a unique chemical structure that results in significantly lower moisture sensitivity than traditional PA6/66 and PA6-based nylons, while offering better mechanical properties than PA12-based materials. This filament is ideal for automotive, aerospace, robotics, jigs, fixtures, and end-use components where dimensional stability, moisture resistance, and mechanical performance are critical.

Easy-to-Use for Advanced Users

Fiberon PA6-GF25 does not require a heated chamber and can be printed reliably on high-performance FDM/FFF 3D printers equipped with a hardened steel nozzle. For best results, filament drying before printing and post-print annealing (212°F for 10-16 hours) are strongly recommended to maximize mechanical and thermal performance.
