The Polymaker 1.75mm PC-ABS Filament is a PC/ABS polymer blend, which offers optimal toughness and heat resistance while displaying a good surface finish. It is also provides good compatibility with metal electroplating. This filament is ideal for automotive interior parts, such as dashboard, door handles, or instrument panels.

• Printing Temperature: 482 - 518°F / 250 - 270°C
• Bed Temperature: 194 - 221°F / 90 - 105°C
• Chamber Temperature: 194 - 221°F / 90 - 105°C
• Printing Speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
• Fan: OFF

Direct Drive

• Retraction Distance: 1mm
• Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s

Indirect Drive

• Retraction Distance: 3mm
• Retraction Speed: 40 mm/s

Drying Settings

• 167°F / 75°C for 6 hours (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)

Annealing Settings

194°F / 90°C for 2 hours
