The Photogenic 500W/s PowerLight Digital Travel Kit (120V) optimizes speed, power and control, making it one of the most advanced lighting systems available. This kit, which offers a total of 500W/s, is ideal for photographers on the go. The 250W/s PowerLights offer full power recycling in only 1.25 sec. and a super fast flash duration of 1/2,000 sec. that stops action on kinetic subjects like dancers or athletes. The bright 250W modeling light facilitates focusing and pre-visualization of the lighting effects from the included 24 x 32" softbox and 45" umbrella. The PowerLight's 5V trigger voltage is safe for all digital cameras. The kit also includes 2 eight foot light stands, flash tubes, an umbrella reflector power and sync cords. It all fits in the included partitioned, wheeled carrying case.

What good is a light if it keeps you in the dark? The PLR625DRC keeps you fully informed of your power levels via its large highly readable digital display. Power settings are adjustable in 1/10 or ½ stop increments across 6 stops. The modeling light can be set to Proportional to let you pre-visualize your final shot when using multiple lights. Other settings include Full On, OFF and manual control of the modeling light output.

The PLR625DRC recycles to full power in a lightning-fast 1.2 seconds with short flash durations that help you stop every gesture, an attribute which is extremely valuable when working with kinetic subjects like dancers or athletes. The included UV color-corrected flash tube renders accurate skin tones and prevents blue from creeping in to the color balance. The built-in PocketWizard radio receiver allows you to avoid a tangle of PC cords by wirelessly triggering your flash from up to 1,600' feet away if necessary. Using the built-in receiver requires purchase of a PocketWizard transmitter.

Other convenience features include a test button, optical slave and integral handle. The PLR625DRC comes with a 7.5" reflector and is compatible with a wide range of optional accessories including grids, snoots, parabolic reflectors, softboxes and umbrellas.
