Pentax K1000 35mm SLR Camera with 50mm f/1.7 Lens (Refurbished, Chrome)

Ideal for practiced film photographers and beginners alike, the K1000 35mm SLR Camera with 50mm f/1.7 Lens from Pentax delivers a fully manual shooting experience. Featuring a built-in light meter, the K1000 reaches optimal exposure when the needle in the viewfinder sits between the over (+) and under (-) exposure markers. The needle will move up and down in variable lighting conditions, as well as when aperture or shutter speed settings are changed. The included SMC Pentax-M 50mm lens has a large maximum aperture of f/1.7 for low-light conditions and provides a versatile focal length for wide range of scenarios.

Introduced in 1976 and refurbished by Blue Penn, this K1000 model features a chrome finish and includes the necessary battery, a camera strap, and caps. Its robust build and manual film crank supply a satisfying tactile experience, while its Pentax PK lens mount and hot shoe ensure expansive lens and flash compatibility.
