Designed specifically for use with Peak Design Field Brackets, the Beacon Finder Tag is a low-profile tracking device that ensures you know the location of your camera at all times. Compatible with both Apple Find My and Google Find Hub applications, the Beacon tag eliminates the bulk of third-party trackers by integrating directly into the base of the Field Bracket. It installs from the top to prevent its removal without first dismounting the entire bracket from the camera.
Powered by a single common CR2025 coin battery for up to six months, the tag will send a low-battery notification when necessary and will notify you if your camera is left behind. When triggered, it will play an audio chime to ascertain its precise location if nearby, and the camera location can be shared with friends and family for an extra level of security. The tag is IP67 rated, providing a complete seal against dust and withstanding submersion in water up to 3.3' for 30 minutes.
