The Parabolix OMNI LED Light is an ultra-bright, omnidirectional LED light, ideal for soft-light modifiers like parabolic, softboxes, lanterns, and other soft light shapers. The OMNI allows users to shoot video and stills using the same light shapers and light quality they love, with no need for separate setups for stills and video. This saves valuable time without sacrificing the quality of light.

The OMNI gives a tremendous light output that takes full advantage of soft light modifiers, illuminating the entire modifier evenly back-to-front, which creates a rich quality of light. Because of the design, the light output is smooth and even, and in most cases, no diffusion is necessary to create the perfect soft beauty light. When using a Parabolix or other parabolic modifier, the light output is 1.5x brighter than a single color 300W COB LED and 1.9x brighter than a 600W RGB panel.

Unlike flat LEDs that have limited spread (COB lights) or flat panels that produce flooded fill, the OMNI has a 3-dimensional lamp design that emits evenly in all directions, properly filling a lighting reflector.

Flat COBs and panels have limited directional spread and do not fill soft-light reflectors or modifiers evenly. The OMNI is designed for light shaping. Because of its even spread, like an HMI or tungsten light, it gives you a rich and controllable soft light output. This results in a very dimensional beauty light with detail and contrast, perfectly smooth highlights, and tonal transitions necessary for a beautiful key source.

The OMNI can be mounted both indirectly, shooting into the modifier (mounted onto either a focusing tube or a separate stand) or directly onto a light modifier using a speed ring. The lamp head is integrated into the Parabolix indirect Light Focusing System (as well as other indirect para systems) with the mounting structure built directly into the lamp itself. With this design, there's no need for any additional mounting cages or adapters that other lamps require. The OMNI includes a super clamp and a 5/8" adapter for quick mounting.

The Parabolix 55 Parabolic Reflector is a large, broad-faced parabolic reflector that provides a rich and beautiful soft light with high contrast and detail. Designed to give wide light coverage with perfect wrap, it is still ultraportable and fast, which is excellent for fashion, commercial photography, videography, lookbooks, and beauty work. At 28" deep, it gives smooth wrap and falloff, beautiful skin transitions, and rich contrast. This 16-sided deep reflector features a soft silver interior and is an excellent choice for travel or smaller studios.

The large 55" reflector comes with the new fast-latching speed ring system, making setup and breakdown easy. Optional grids, diffusion, scrims, and flags are available separately. Light collimates (focuses) at Position 3.5 on the Focus Rod.
