NiSi Aureus T1.4 - A New Era of Cinematic Possibility

Engineered for consistent sharpness, contrast, and color reproduction, the NiSi AUREUS PRIME 35mm T1.4 Full-Frame/VV Cinema Lens is an ARRI PL-mount lens that delivers clean images, ideal for digital post-production workflows. Its 11-blade iris creates natural background blur and smooth, rounded bokeh while ensuring a crystal-clear view of the subject in focus. With minimal focus breathing and 300° focus throw rotation, the AUREUS PRIME delivers precise depth control for dynamic compositions.

Featuring an ultrafast T1.4 maximum aperture and glow-in-the-dark markings, the lens excels in low-light conditions. Its ultra-low dispersion elements and advanced coatings minimize chromatic aberration, distortion, color fringing, flaring, and ghosting, maintaining reliable color rendering and contrast. The lens sports a 90mm front diameter, an 86mm front filter thread, and a built-in rear filter holder, allowing the integration of lightweight filtration close to the camera body for balance-dependent setups.

The AUREUS PRIME line features uniform housing, weight, and gear positioning, allowing each focal length to be swapped without needing stabilizer rebalancing or camera-rig adjustment. They also share similar optical and tonal characteristics with the NiSi ATHENA PRIME lens line, allowing their incorporation into existing lens sets.
