Product highlights and buying context
Stay safe and be prepared when you're out in the great outdoors with the ER10VP E+Ready Portable Emergency Alert AM/FM Weather Radio from Midland. This compact radio can easily be stored in a backpack or gear bag, giving you access to essential weather alerts via continuously broadcasting NOAA weather radio stations. These stations deliver alerts directly from the National Weather Service and can warn you of impending or existing dangerous conditions, such as tornados, floods, fires, earthquakes, or hurricanes. Completely self-contained, the E+Ready runs on three AA batteries, which are included, and it provides an integrated speaker.
Whether you're camping, hunting, or fishing, it's always good to have an extra flashlight. On one side of the E+Ready radio is a built-in LED flashlight that can be used for illumination or to signal others that you need help. You can set it to low, high, or flicker an SOS strobe.
