Lexar 1TB SL500 USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Portable SSD (AFA Edition)

As an official global partner of the Argentina National Football Team, Lexar created this special AFA edition SL500, which features Argentina's iconic blue and white stripes as well as the legendary Number 10 in gold.

Thanks to a unique thermal control design that quickly conducts heat, this drive will remain cool, even during heavy usage. Lexar DataShield 256-bit AES encryption helps keep your data safe, while a durable metal design is rated IP54 for dust and water. The SL500 can also withstand drops up to 6.6', includes a USB-C to USB-C cable, and is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Harmony OS.

Note: To achieve maximum advertised speeds, please make sure your computer or host device is certified to support the 20 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 connection. Apple devices, including those with Thunderbolt/USB4, do not support 20 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and will be limited to 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2.

Fast read speeds of up to 2000 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1800 MB/s accelerate data transfers for more efficient work. Performance on Mac and other systems that don't support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 may be lower.

Roughly the size of a credit card at 0.3" thick, the slim, solid aluminum unibody construction fits comfortably in the palm of your hand or pocket. Its thin, stylish, and durable metal design is rated IP54 for its dust and water resistance and is drop-resistant up to 6.6'.

The Lexar SL500 Portable SSD supports Apple Pro Res recording. Shoot directly to the drive in up to 4K60 with iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Thanks to its unique design, the drive ensures optimal temperatures, even at top speeds, so performance is always retained.
