ICS ImageMASSter 4000 Pro X2 G3 M.2/NVMe Drive Duplicator

Ideal for fast, secure duplication and sanitization of hard drives of any size in PCIe M.2/NVMe, SATA, eSATA, and USB 3.0 formats, the ImageMASSter 4000 Pro X2 G3 from ICS is designed to perform at a high level for criminal justice, corporate, and government applications. Capable of copying to seven simultaneous targets from up to eight M.2 drives at speeds up to 100GB per minute, the IM4000 PRO X2 can assign any port as a source port and sports multiple cloning mode configurations for everything from multiple simultaneous operations to copies from up to four sources, and the unit can even copy and sanitize drives at the same time.

External storage support via gigabit Ethernet or SATA drive ports ensure you always have access to adequate clone storage. The IM4000 PRO X2 supports on-the-fly AES 256 encryption and multiple hashing methods using SHA-1, SHA-2, and MD-5 hash verification types. With the 8" color touchscreen, it couldn't be easier or more convenient to operate this compact unit. And with integrated logging, you will always have a detailed record of work that has been done on your IM4000 PRO.

The ImageMASSter 4000 Pro G3 PCIe M.2 units are configured with a standard and powerful i7 processor and are designed to support today's high performance drives as well as future drive speed improvements, using PCIe M.2 and SAS 6Gb/s controller technology. The units support advanced duplication technology that can perform multiple operations simultaneously, copy, and wipe drives exceeding 100GB/min.

Offers native support for PCIe M.2, SATA, and USB 3.0 drives. Optional adapters are available to support 2.5", 3.5" IDE drives, micro SATA drives, ZIF drives, and flash media.

The ImageMASSter 4000 Pro G3 PCIe M.2 is designed with built-in support to connect an optional eight port add-on module to support connecting an additional 8 SAS/SATA drives. The optional eight port add-on module can be purchased with either a 3.5" drive caddy or a 2.5" drive caddy.

The unit offers a cable-free drive insertion solution.

Copy multiple source drives simultaneously or run multiple operations simultaneously. Multi-session supports the high-speed duplication of up to four source drives simultaneously.

Copy and sanitize drives at the same time. Units equipped with the 8-port add-on module can support the duplication of up to 8 source drives simultaneously.

The 8-port add-on modules are offered with a 2.5/1.8" or 3.5" cable-free drive caddy. Both options support cable-free insertion of eight 2.5/1.8" or eight 3.5" SATA/SAS drives, respectively. The cable-free caddies are designed with replaceable, low-cost SATA/SAS interface boards.

The unit offers eight native PCIe M.2 drive ports, with one dedicated SATA drive port, eight USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.1 USB-C port, two eSATA ports, and a gigabit Ethernet port.

• IQ Copy: Used to copy only allocated data of source drives configured with Windows-based OS and file systems, greatly reducing the time required to copy data. IQ Copy supports partition scaling.
• Percent of Copy: Used to copy a source drive's allocated data and unallocated data, creating a mirror image of the source drive.
• MultiMASSter: Supports storing one or multiple source drive images on a single target drive using the segmented file format. This format copies both allocated and unallocated data.
• VHD Capture: Supports storing one or multiple source drive images on a single target drive using the VHD file format. This format copies only allocated data.
• WipeOut: Sanitize drives utilizing the DoD Standard, Secure Erase, or User Defined Methods. The unit has the ability to copy and wipe hidden HPA or DCO areas which may exist on hard drives.

This unit supports SHA-A and SHA-2 hardware accelerated hashing and software-based MD-5 hashing.

Images can be stored externally to a shared network folder, an eSATA drive, or a USB drive, allowing the user to take advantage of large storage platforms for the purpose of processing and archiving images.

Utilizing the built-in AES 256 encryption technology, the ImageMASSter 4000 Pro G3 PCIe M.2 encrypts, with minimal speed degradation, all digital data during the cloning process for the purpose of safe guarding sensitive information. The unit creates a secure key with a user-chosen pass phrase.

An AES 256 encryption key is then generated by the unit and can be saved to any USB thumb drive. The encrypted drive can be decrypted on the fly utilizing the unit or any regular PC loaded with the ICS free decryption utility and the USB thumb drive containing the saved key. Users can then safely image the decrypted data to an additional target drive.

Easily update software through the USB port. Free software updates are provided periodically.

The built-in touchscreen eliminates the need to connect an external monitor, mouse, or keyboard.
