For storage of your files, the 1TB SSD has an M.2 2280 form factor, uses the PCIe 4.0 x4 bus, and offers quick access to your data. For additional internal storage, there are two extra M.2 2280 slots for NVMe PCIe SSDs, one internal 3.5" drive bay, and one external 3.5" drive bay. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the Z2 G1i Tower features two 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 ports with 5V/3A of charging power, six 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and three 480 Mb/s USB-A 2.0 ports. Network connectivity is achieved using an integrated Gigabit Ethernet port.
