Glyph Technologies Blackbox PRO RAID 48TB 2-Bay Thunderbolt 3 RAID Array with Hub (2 x 24TB)

Streamline storage and workflows with the Blackbox PRO RAID 48TB 2-Bay Thunderbolt 3 RAID Array with Hub from Glyph Technologies. Boasting two drive bays populated with one 24TB hard drive each, this RAID array provides a capacity of 48TB. Preconfigured as hardware-controlled RAID 0, this array may also be configured as RAID 1, JBOD, and SPAN, with speeds up to 550 MB/s thanks to dual Thunderbolt 3 interfaces and daisy chain support.

Connect to a monitor via a DisplayPort interface and use the integrated hub to connect to wired peripherals via a USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port. Additionally, the hub sports dedicated CFast 2.0 and UHS-II SDXC card reader slots for downloading content from compatible memory cards. A quiet cooling fan helps keep temperatures low, along with an aluminum construction that encourages passive cooling. Compatible with macOS and Time Machine ready right out of the box, this RAID array is also compatible with Windows after a reformat.

Please note that storage capacity depends on the RAID mode used.

Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports allow you to daisy-chain up to five additional devices through a single cable to your computer.

This array comes preinstalled with two 24TB 7200 rpm Enterprise-class hard drives for a total storage capacity of 48TB. Supporting speeds up to 550 MB/s, the Blackbox PRO RAID is built for demanding workflows and mission-critical projects.

Blackbox PRO RAID supports hardware RAID 0, 1, JBOD, and SPAN, giving you the flexibility to choose RAID 0 for speed or RAID 1 for redundancy. Set it and forget it without needing to deal with finicky and slow software-based RAID.

Streamline your workflow with onboard CFast 2.0 and SD UHS-II card readers. Use the USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port to connect fast SSD storage or charge peripherals.

Connect a 4K monitor directly to your Blackbox PRO RAID Thunderbolt 3 and streamline your desk setup.

Blackbox PRO RAID is formatted for macOS computers and is Time Machine compatible right out of the box. Plus, it can be easily reformatted for use with Windows.

Don't be afraid to put the Blackbox PRO RAID to work. The rugged aluminum shell acts as a heatsink, keeping the internal hard drive at its optimal temperature to deliver higher sustained speeds.
