Designed for efficient, high-volume scanning, the DS-870 TAA-Compliant Color Duplex Workgroup Document Scanner from Epson is a duplex ADF scanner that meets the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). Producing files at optical resolutions of 600 dpi and accepting documents as small as 2 x 2" and as large as 8.5 x 240", the DS-870 digitizes letter-sized documents at a rate of 65 ppm in simplex mode and 130 ipm in duplex mode. Additionally, the scanner has an impressive daily duty cycle of 10,000 pages per day and holds up to 100 letter-size sheets at a time. For streamlining workflow, the unit comes with Epson Document Capture Software, which lets you create searchable PDFs
