It is well-suited to supporting long telephoto lenses when shooting birds, wildlife, sports, and action. The height of the camera platform is adjustable for precisely positioning the center of gravity of the camera and lens combination. The camera platform receiver is compatible with Arca-type quick release plates and lens feet and includes a 4" long Arca-type plate with safety screws to prevent accidental release.
