Wirelessly share and present content from your own device for conferences and presentations with the AM-TX3-200 AirMedia Series 3 Connect Endpoint from Crestron. This compact device pairs with the separately available AirMedia Series 3 Receiver and allows you to connect a device such as a laptop via USB-C or via a paired USB-C/HDMI connection to share onto a centralized display or over UC services such as Teams or Zoom.
The endpoint communicates with the separately available AirMedia receiver using a point-to-point Wi-Fi direct connection, an infrastructure Wi-Fi network, or a wired network to create a complete conference room solution.
A personal device such as a laptop can be connected to the AM-TX3-200 using either a single USB-C cable or a combination of a separately available USB-A cable and an HDMI cable, supporting a wide variety of devices. No additional drivers, software, or applications are required, for a simple, plug-and-play experience. Simply connect and start presenting to the in-room display with up to 4K30 resolution within seconds.
When the AM-TX3-200 is connected to a personal device via USB, the user can access in-room conferencing peripherals connected to a paired wireless conferencing-capable AirMedia Receiver (AM-3100-WF or AM-3200-WF). These peripherals can then be used on the personal device with unified communications software such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom software.
The AM-TX3-200 is designed to be deployed in a variety of spaces with unique power, connectivity, and installation requirements. The device can be powered via PoE, DC power, or the connected user device via USB-C. When powered with a local power supply (PW-2420RU, available separately), PoE+ is available to a device connected to the AUX port, such as a touchscreen. The device is shipped with a bracket, ensuring secure mounting and easy installation.
The AirMedia platform is an enterprise-grade solution that can be deployed across multiple spaces, and set up using a web browser or the XiO Cloud service. It employs standard network security protocols such as AES content encryption to protect privacy and ensure compliance with your organization's IT policies. AirMedia receivers support security standards such as 802.1x network access control and Active Directory authentication.
