Product highlights and buying context
COAST designed and built the HP7 Slide Focusing LED Flashlight to be a constant companion that works as hard as you do. This handy, versatile light has a focusable beam with three outputs and is dust and water resistant for use in rain or snow.
The head slides forward and back with one-handed operation to use the versatile Pure Beam Focusing system, which allows you to change the beam from a wide flood that lights large areas close to you into a focused spotlight that is optimized for a long throw. When you get the beam set where you need it, just twist the head, lock the beam angle, and get to work.
The HP7 runs on four included AAA batteries and its three outputs are controlled using a simple push-button tailcap switch. Lightweight with a short length and high-lumen output, the light is up to just about any daily task, while still easily fitting into your pocket or tool pouch.
Set the beam to stay how you like it. COAST BEAM LOCK technology makes the SLIDE FOCUS system even more valuable, with the option to lock the beam in place on spot, flood, or anywhere in between. Twisting the head of the light to the left locks the beam in place, and twisting it back to the right releases the slide mechanism back into motion.
Control your light output with the push of a button. Cycle between full, medium, and low light options.
Two powerful beams in one with seamless transition - and no halos or hot spots between short- and long-range viewing. COAST's patented focusing technology adapts to your needs. The Ultra View Flood beam delivers edge-to-edge clarity in a broad circle, and the bull's-eye spot beam sends a sharp ray of light at a distance with a transitional halo around the spot to increase the effective viewing area.
One-handed beam control. COAST's SLIDE FOCUS system allows you to seamlessly transition between spot and flood beam with the push or pull of your finger. Responsive beam shape control allows you to operate the light with one hand and keep your other hand free.
Don't worry about the weather. COAST lights have passed the IP54-level resistance tests, are dust and splash resistant, and built with durable materials that stand up to nature.
