Bubblebee Industries The Microphone Foam for Pencil Mics Pop Filter (Extra-Large Thickness, Black)

An essential microphone accessory for any for audio professional, videographer, content creator, journalist, or broadcaster, Bubblebee Industries The Microphone Foam for Pencil Mics (Extra-Large) is a high-performance pop filter that's engineered to provide your pencil/small-diaphragm mic with excellent protection from vocal plosives, boom swoosh, and light wind noise—while retaining a high level of acoustic transparency. This pop filter is for mics with a diameter ranging from 18 to 23mm and a depth from the tip to the base of the diaphragm vent up to 35mm. The extra-large size is particularly effective at reducing unwanted noise from quick boom swings.

• Crafted using a premium-quality, lightweight, open-cell foam material, this pencil mic windscreen is designed to be effective at reducing unwanted vocal plosive and swooshing noises from boom swinging, while simultaneously retaining the natural frequency response of your pencil or small-diaphragm condenser microphone.

• The Microphone Foam for Pencil Mic is designed with polar patterns in mind. It strategically mounts on the microphone capsule to be more effective at protecting the sensitive parts of the microphone’s pickup pattern.

• By nature, directional microphones have a significantly more sensitive diaphragm compared to omnidirectional mics, making them more susceptible to wind and swooshing noise from swinging your boom pole.
• This foam pop shield features a wide diameter to reduce and eliminate this noise from crosswinds or while operating your boom mic.
• The space between the end of The Microphone Foam for Pencil Mics and the tip of your mic is optimized to prevent vocal plosives, while retaining optimal frequency transparency
