Deploy it when recording intimate vocal sessions, nuanced string performances, piano, and other programming that requires advanced attention to detail. With an included shock mount and hard transport/storage case, the B87iC is engineered for longevity, designed to be workhorse in your studio's microphone cabinet for years to come.

The K87 Capsule

• K87 was originally manufactured and made famous in the Neumann U87
• It has isolated backplates, which were a feature necessary in this microphone to achieve accurate pattern control with a lower bias voltage of 48V, given that the U87 was a phantom-powered microphone
• Australian craftsmanship modernizes the classic design
• Each Beesneez K87 cardioid microphone capsule is entirely manufactured in-house in Australia, under the guidance of CEO and industry expert Ben Sneesby
• By rejecting outsourced mass production, tight consistency and sonic quality can be consistently achieved in each capsule
• With no outsourcing and full control of material, tolerances and voicing are maintained consistently
