Reserve and check the status of meeting rooms with the ATEN VK430 10.1" WXGA Touch Panel for Room Booking System. The VK430 is designed to manage conference rooms within a network, using ATEN's RBS Configurator centralized management software running on a Windows computer. This display integrates with calendar servers, such as such as Microsoft 365 Calendar, Google Workspace Calendar, and Microsoft Exchange Server to provide scheduling and availability allocation for any room within the system.
The VK430 connects via RJ-45 LAN for data and power over a single Ethernet cable. The user-friendly interface and capacitive touch screen allow authorized personnel to make conference room reservations, extend or release room usage, and check the booking schedules of any conference room with a few simple taps. Two LED light bars, one on each side, illuminate in user-defined colors to make room status clear at a glance. Accessories for mounting on flat surfaces, including glass, are supplied, it also supports 75 x 75mm VESA mounting.
