It has a 1/4"-20 female threaded base and includes a locking shoe adapter for a variety of mounting options. A U-shaped vertical groove allows the head orientation to change from horizontal to vertical very quickly. This ball head is CNC-machined from aluminum and has a single control knob for fast operation.
